The Tri Delta Watch Safety and Security App provides riders with a convenient and discreet way to report concerns directly to Tri Delta Transit. Users have the ability to send text descriptions, photos, six-second videos, and locations of suspicious individuals or activities. The home screen offers two easy options for contacting Tri Delta Transit:

• The "Report an Incident" button allows users to send text or photos directly to Tri Delta Transit. To ensure privacy, the app disables the camera flash when taking photos. Users can select locations and report categories when submitting an issue. Additionally, reports can be sent anonymously.
• The "Call 911" button connects riders directly to the police.

The application is designed to operate reliably even in areas with poor signal strength. If a report is sent from an area without cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity, it will be stored and sent once connectivity is restored. The system prioritizes sending text descriptions before photos to provide police with information as quickly as possible.

Additional features of the app include BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts. These alerts display information from Tri Delta Transit about specific individuals of interest. For example, if a person is reported missing or a child is unaccounted for, the app may display their last known location. If you encounter someone from a BOLO alert, it is important to immediately call 9-1-1 and submit a discreet app report to Tri Delta Transit.
